It keeps things simple, affordable, and completely in your control. Alcohol licensing for mobile service is complicated and costly, passing that overhead to you wouldn't be fair. When you supply it, you decide exactly what's served, how much is available, and what you spend. We handle the delivery, the setup, and the breakdown.

The Reunion is a rental, not a staffed service. Here's what that means: we arrive 2 - 3 hours before your event starts to set up every detail, then we head out. The Reunion is yours overnight to enjoy with your people. The next morning, we come back to handle full breakdown and cleanup. You're never waiting on us, and there's no vendor at your event watching the clock — the night truly belongs to you. Specific drop-off and pickup times are confirmed at booking.

Use our Alcohol Quantity Guide to provide a simple breakdown based on your guest count, event length, and the type of crowd you're expecting. When in doubt, round up. And because you supplied it, anything unused is yours to keep.

We can hook up and pour any 2 kegs in standard sizes — half barrel, quarter barrel, or sixth barrel — and we supply all the necessary equipment. No additional refrigeration is available. The interior seats 15–20. The Reunion is designed as the bar and hangout hub, with plenty of flow in and out throughout your event. If you book our Superior Vibes or 2-Night Package, you'll also have a dedicated outdoor beer garden experience to create more room for your guests.

We'll walk you through the specifics when you book. In general, The Reunion needs a minimum of 24 x 15 feet of flat, level, and accessible space. The Reunion can set up in driveways, backyards, fields, parking lots, and event spaces. If you have good people there, we'll make it work.

The Reunion must be parked on privately owned property, and cannot be parked on the street or any other public property.

The Reunion needs 2 dedicated outlets within 100 feet of where it's parked — standard household outlets, each on its own circuit and not shared with other appliances. If that isn't available at your location, add our generator rental for $125 — see Build Your Night.

The Reunion is built for the outdoors and weather-ready. The climate-controlled interior also means your guests always have a comfortable place to retreat. If severe weather is expected, we'll communicate with you to come up with a plan.

Bookings open December 13, 2026. After that, the sooner the better — especially for summer weekends, holidays, and peak event season. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks out to ensure your date is available. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon. We'll always do our best to make it happen.

Yes — a $500 deposit is required to officially hold your date on our calendar. Once you submit your booking request, we'll confirm availability within 24 hours and send a booking agreement along with a payment link for the deposit. Your date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

Yes — that's the whole idea. We serve Greater Rochester, NY and surrounding areas, including Monroe, Ontario, Livingston, Wayne, Genesee, Wyoming, Erie, Yates, and Steuben counties. Our standard service area is within 30 miles of Honeoye Falls, NY. A travel fee applies to events outside that area, and we'll always quote it upfront before you commit to anything.
